Yep I can say now I remember definitively I almost injured my shoulder and arm reaching for a button on an automatic gate. And that's why my arm and shoulder have been hurting so much because it's remembering that painful time that survived the trauma through all the adrenaline but also now later on repairing the damage. And I'll tell you you don't realize how much damage you've done to yourself until all that adrenaline and layers of other memories on top of that are released.

It is a power like no other if you can sit through and relive every single thing you've done to yourself or was done to you by somebody or something..
if a strong child can handle releasing demons and building himself up to be a mature adult he has a better chance to survive than people who starve themselves or go under the knife constantly or using remedies..
And back when I was a kid you wouldn't consider me a strong child but I already had the background of War and so I already understood pain from starving in an orphanage. That's something you already have to be conditioned for.
But we didn't really focus on blowing nose and coughing and sneezing so much except for me because we were given orange flavored triaminic all different types of cough suppressants and mucus drying agents which also do a number on you later on if not at the time.
Food was always and will always be your friend
Food is the only friend that will save you.. food has never been poisoned and never will kill anyone. People die from malnutrition because they never had enough food and they were already in major deficit with weak blood vessels. So it was never the food's fault it was a fact they let themselves get so bad that nothing could help them.
They didn't give the food a strong infrastructure so it could be processed properly because the person kept cutting out healing and redirecting the main system's intentions because the person could not handle immune system activation.
In the world of politics religion and science. It doesn't matter what the truth is so as long as it looks like the truth and it is plausible. Some things you just have to believe because you'll get no other proof but somebody's word or a group of people's word.
Some things you can test yourself because you can put yourself in a certain circumstance and maybe make some kind of connection there is some kind of Truth in what that person or group of people are saying.
The next few months is going to be a circus as far as the elections. Kamala Harris might be someone to pay attention to but then if there's too much stuff that people make fun of her about like they did to Trump then maybe potentially Michelle Obama might be in the running and if she does get into office you know there's a lot of people out there who will endorse her and then if she wins by even one vote that's close enough.
So if 49 people voted for Trump and 50 people voted for Michelle Obama.. there's nothing you can do or say because that's our voting system. I mean not literally because it's the Electoral College. You can get the popular vote and still get the Electoral College to vote against you.
That's what happened when Bush got into office. Remember the hanging Chads.. Gore got the popular vote but bush clinched it.

And I wouldn't be surprised if Kamala Harris is the candidate on the ticket and she taps Michelle Obama as her vice president on the ticket. Two black women in control of America oh that would be a great turn of events. That would be breaking through so many different glass ceilings.
But if Trump gets into office with Vance and I would also be okay with that and understand and I understand the Heritage foundations intention. I can't afford to resist anyone because you can't change what goes on in your government and so there's no point in resisting anything just understand why they happen to win and assimilate and keep your nose clean
I don't know who's going to win in this next election and I can handle both sides. I can't save anyone from their own politics religion and science.
I mean I can empathize if you get affected by certain legislation because of one person or another but whomever gets into office

What if somebody's personal life or family status is never on the table. What if it was only about what they were doing about public policy and foreign entanglements and working with Congress. What if we had a single unmarried man and woman as president. Representing all the colors in the rainbow. And we didn't care how many kids they had or what kind of sexuality orientation they subscribed to?

I welcome immune system activation because I know how to respond to it properly and efficiently but I also have the capacity to deal with pain and suffering and release
And everything in the food supply is necessary to convert into your organs and capillaries and arteries and 12 different systems. You can't afford to be food discriminatory and you can't be a candy ass or live on candy.
You need everything in the government food groups. The reason why you're allergic to the food is because you've had too many children on bodies in deficit and their immune system and your immune system became so deficient that the food supply is painful to everyone in that family

Milk, yogurt, and cheese
Meat, poultry, fish, eggs, beans, and nuts

If you have any issues with meat soy sugar salt and gluten then you are extremely malnourished deficient and intolerant to almost everything including the food supply
And if you've been around enough people with issues with air food and water you'll find that people become very mean when they're very deficient. You'll find that their intolerance to air food and water translates to their intolerance to anyone who is different or who has a TOLERANCE for air food and water.
So I pretty much stay away from the world.
If people are not mean now, later on when things start breaking down they'll become mean and that's why you have to be very careful.
Food is everybody's friend. But not everybody is your friend.
And you don't want everyone to be your friend..
And the last 4 weeks dealing with that arm pain which now I could probably trace back to that time that I thought I was going to have my arm cut off from a gate, that really was very annoying and it hurt.
And when someone is in constant pain sometimes they become extremely mean. And their personality changes. Luckily I had enough other backup systems that didn't allow me to become mean to my husband but I had to go and sleep and eat and channel whatever I needed to through that pain and develop more awareness about other things I was working on.
People say don't overthink. But you must have brains to overthink
so you have to use them
If you don't use it you'll lose it and that is probably appropriate in all situations
When it comes to men using their appendages, well, make sure it's appropriate you use it on people who are strong enough to deal with it.
Then also realize that your battering ram can be a tool of destruction if it's not controlled
Just ask many of P Diddy's girlfriends. They had to deal with many battering rams.
And that is a trauma that will be so difficult for her to get over. Basically, it will transferred over to her future children
Many of Epstein R. KELLY and Weinstein and P Diddy's victims eventually have children and all of that trauma gets passed on to The Offspring.
And that's what happens in the population.
People have trauma and they pass it on to their offspring and their children are suffering from cancer disease chronic illness and other mental health issues.. or they fall apart as they grow up and they have to have implants and transplants and rods stents and screws and then suffer as they pass away..
That's why it's so important to make sure these kids eat all their meat milk and cheese and eggs and then if they can get assistance from the medical system to introduce the foods they are allergic to a little bit at a time so they can transition onto the food supply especially meat milk and cheese and eggs because the allergies come from deficiency.
The body has to release and the body has to regain..
And these kids must learn how to cough sneeze and blow their nose and they must poop they can't hold that poop inside and they can't stop their body from releasing and they must be able to eat and feed. Or else these kids have a real grim future and a painful one at that..
I dealt with so much pain and suffering as a child but that also gave me the ability to deal with pain and suffering as an adult.
What was the pain and suffering?
Having to get used to the food supply in a different world.
Vietnam was very different than America.
I had to get used to the food supply and I was starving just like these kids.
Some of these kids are autistic out there.
And they are starving

And they do treat you differently than their other friends but they only tolerate you because you are a package deal.
There are probably so many lessons out there that I can't remember all of them when I dealt with my peers
Believe me I wish I knew this stuff a long time ago. But I had to learn the hard way and these are just a few clues and others you'll just have to experience yourself.
Some of these kids are not equipped to deal with how slick their peers can be and are and hopefully they survive and remember what they felt when someone did something to them.
You hope they don't turn to drugs and alcohol or cures to stop the lessons..
And when you learn how people operate in this world eventually you'll be at the top of the pyramid because you don't want to deal with the same lessons over and over again..
Eventually, you'll get tired of dealing with your peers and then you stand by yourself..
And children have a long way to go and you hope they survive their peers and you hope they don't destroy their gut their indicators of fight or flight. You don't ever ever want to back yourself into a corner because when you're forced to fight you may not survive.
I have over 50 years of experience dealing with the same type of people over and over and over again.. but Jillian maybe you're attracting the wrong people.
Maybe I just figured out the human race.
Maybe they were all the same types of personalities dressed up in different clothes cultures and deception.
Maybe they thought they invented sliced bread..
So if all of your dealings with people are the same and end up the same either you will be who you are and everyone out there is trying to get over on each other and you figured it out.
Or you try to change the world that didn't want to be changed
So you are the common denominator of evolution and change to a bunch of people who can't feel anything and are constantly under the influence of somebody or something..
And I'm so glad I'm the problem and the common denominator. And the freedom is realizing this and standing relatively alone.. and I have the freedom to speak my mind without worrying about offending somebody in my circle of people that I depend upon to keep me alive. People who are muzzled by their friends and family are not free and they are trying to escape but they can't and they hate people like me
The secret to surviving your peers is to be strong enough to stand alone and face your own demons
And your partner understands his boundaries or her boundaries and gives you space to become a whole person regardless of what is his/her intentions are for themselves.
That's the old world and the new world finding a way to transition without destroying each other
When men and women try to kill you with kindness they aim to destroy you.
And they will come off like an empath and they will make their way in with love and kindness and kill you with it.
Men will punch and kick you but women will kill you with their kindness

And that's why I stay home and stay safe because I can see all the manipulation and I don't need to be punched and kicked or killed with kindness.
And I have had two different men who I was not actively engaged in a relationship actually kick me in two separate situations. One was sober and the other one was drunk.
And I've had countless women kill me with kindness. Countless women. And when you've been exposed to these types of people you remember their personalities and you remember the situations and they always present themselves the same way in different circumstances until I take myself out of diverse groups..
That's how you survive your peers is you find a way to stand on your own and you don't need to be around them to be relevant..
And I'm not even mad at them and I don't need justice it was a lesson about humans..
It was a lesson I survived and I will never put myself in that situation ever again

Learning how to manage and control your own power is a solitary venture that no friend or family or husband or wife could ever give you.. and if you think they can then you've just been manipulated by someone who is sucking the life out of you.
And people who are aware of how much power they have over the world they do not want to abuse it because they know how deadly it could be in the wrong hands..
And so people like me stay home and stay safe while others are trying to manage and control the power that was given to them and they get it cut out or they use herbs or starve it, or they go and try to take over somebody else and then it becomes a war..
When you truly become aware of the power you have you will not want to be around anyone who is not strong enough for you. My husband is strong enough for me and I am strong enough for him and he still makes his own choices.
And when you know you have a lot of power people know it as well and they will build an alliance against you and try to destroy you. Or they'll try to assimilate to you and men have it easier with other men trading their power back and forth
but women get destroyed by other women when she's very powerful.. and she doesn't necessarily have to be beautiful and sexual or be something someone is jealous of. Just simply being different is enough to set women off
My gut told me every single time I walked into a crowd I felt many men and women who subconsciously wanted to destroy me. But how they did it was they kept needling me and making comments and making fun of me until I just walked away. Or they tried to kill me with kindness. They tried to kill me with kindness. That's how you know kindness is deadly
And when you are clean and sober you will also be aware of the people around you wanting to destroy you. That's why people have to be drunk and high to be together or they will destroy each other. And that's reality that's very hard to face..
And knowing this makes you a dangerous person to people because they know deep down inside I'm probably correct but they don't want to admit it and I don't blame you.
I wish I could be drunk and high and have fun but I can't anymore. I truly want to connect with humans but not at the level of the old world of being drunk and high and lost in addiction and exclusivity
I hope you understand where I'm coming from and this is not an attack against you or anyone else.
This is purely for survival of the human race. This is for your kids that maybe one day you'll figure out how to make them safe and be safe especially when they go out in diverse company.
You don't want them to end up at the bottom of Lady Bird Lake.. or human trafficked and sold into slavery or be sold to a guy who has aggressive deadly sexual desires like a Fifty Shades of Gray situation
