And I think the reason why we have YouTube and Netflix and the movies and documentaries is maybe if people can learn from watching other people's experiences and get shocked maybe they won't have to experience the trauma and the torture of a predator destroying them.
Maybe they don't have to go down that road of having 20 children and being locked in that misery of having to keep up with the Joneses
Why should you have to learn the hard way.
Why not have so many representations of what could happen to you if you make a choice. And that's what the system is trying to do so that way we don't have to have people learning the hard way
Sometimes even watching some of these violent movies and people's Facebooks is just enough to make me learn the easy way which is learning from somebody else's experiences of what not to go into or what not to do.
There were several women I looked up to when I was in my twenties and then I outgrew them and I looked for more role models and I kept looking for role models
And now you have the internet and everyone can be a role model of what to do or what not to do relative to your intention..
In this age of information ignorance is truly a choice
Which is also a luxury my sister never looked up to me because I was looking up to somebody else outside of our world and she would have to find her own representation developed by her own choices..
The fact we weren't forced into reinforcing each other's belief systems set us free to make choices that were good for us at the time and then also evolve and admit our own mistakes..
Because anytime you have brothers and sisters you're always going to step in and convert them if they go outside whatever lines that were set by the family.
My mother actually set my sister and I free to make our own choices independent of each other and our background and that right there is f****** phenomenal.
Did she mean to do that and was that the intended outcome I can never tell you because I don't know. Maybe that was the unintended outcome or maybe that was the outcome that was going to happen and then the system would study the life of each of us and follow us because the system is following everybody and their choices. They know your background and they know our background..
And so it's not a bad thing you don't talk to your brothers and sisters because you guys are truly very different and it just takes one very influential brother or sister to force a square peg into a round hole and that's why you get people committing homicides because somebody ends up making a comment about their life during Thanksgiving and people can't handle it and family can be especially dangerous to anyone trying to break the mold..
My husband and I do not do family traditions like Thanksgiving and Christmas. We might celebrate it with each other but that's it
Which is why my sisters and myself all have to live our own lives.
We cannot be an overriding influence on each other at all because then how can you allow anyone to grow when somebody is telling you what you should believe in and who you should hang out with.
And so I'm glad my family is splintered up because we all have a chance to make it within our own right..
And now you know why I had to walk away from another sister who wanted to be in my life because there is no way I'm going to deal with that continuously.
The one sister I grew up with understands boundaries because we were taught those. We were taught a lot of things by my mother. And we will reap what we've sown and will also evolve if it's possible.
The other sister I didn't grow up with is doing exactly what she needs to do and I'm very thankful she's doing that. But I can't be involved with any of my family on a day-to-day basis.
It actually stunts the growth and muzzles my freedom of speech.
